Leadership team members from Harris County School District participated in the Annual Summer Leadership Conference on June 8, 2026, held in the Professional Development Room at the Glynn County Board of Education, located at 5505 Altama Avenue in Brunswick, Georgia.

The conference brought together educational leaders from across Georgia for a day of professional learning, collaboration, and leadership development. Attendees engaged with 10 presenters from across the state who shared expertise and best practices on educational leadership, school improvement, student achievement, organizational culture, and strategic planning.

The opportunity provided Harris County school leaders with valuable insights, innovative ideas, and networking opportunities that will support continued growth and excellence throughout the district. Participants explored current educational trends and effective leadership practices designed to enhance student outcomes and strengthen school communities.
