The Harris County School District is proud to announce the appointment of Dr. Natalie Teasley as the next principal of Pine Ridge Elementary School, effective for the 2026–2027 school year.
Dr. Teasley brings 15 years of experience in education, along with a deep commitment to student success and a passion for building strong, supportive school communities. She currently serves as Assistant Principal at Harris County High School, where she has demonstrated a strong record of leadership, collaboration, and dedication to both students and staff.
A relationship-driven leader, Dr. Teasley believes in the power of connection and strives to create environments where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to learn. Her experience spans both classroom teaching and school leadership, equipping her with a well-rounded perspective on meeting the needs of all learners.
Dr. Teasley holds degrees from the University of Georgia, Columbus State University, and the American College of Education, where she earned her doctorate in Educational Leadership.
“I am honored and excited to join the Pine Ridge family,” said Dr. Teasley. “I look forward to working alongside the dedicated teachers, staff, parents, and community to support students and continue the school’s tradition of excellence. Pine Ridge is a special place, and I am eager to both honor its strengths and help lead it into an exciting future.”
