Having a problem with the Infinite Campus Android or iOS app for parents and students?
Note to Parents and Students
Most issues require the district to validate your identity and your rights to data about a particular student (data privacy).
Infinite Campus cannot change your password, create for you a user account, or change your access to a student's data. Your district is responsible for this and are the only ones who can validate your identity and permissions to student data.
Other issues are likely due to how the district or school has configured their version of Infinite Campus. (Example: The school might have disabled your access to Grades during the period when teachers are entering grades.)
