• Afternoon Car Riders

    • If you are a returning student and you have your Car Rider Pro tag from last year, you will use it again. 

    • If you have never been issued a Car Ride Pro tag, please let your child's teacher know and we will provide one for you. Additional tags may be purchased for $5.00 each.

    • Please let the teacher know if your child has a sibling at Pine Ridge and they will be listed on the same car tag.

    • Parents who wish to purchase a Car Rider Pro tag should fill out this form and return it to their child's teacher.
